Rock-solid finance and data transactions. The ‘Mobility Control Module’ is the engine room of the Construction Mobility™ solution. It is a robust safety valve that improves service and project performance. By streamlining, refining and orchestrating the quality of in and outbound data, recipients can be confident of the integrity and accuracy of data, and the timeliness of processing job records, timesheets, purchase orders, reports and invoices.
Project and Service managers, via the ‘Scheduling Board’ Software module, are able to verify the availability and location of their staff and subcontractors, allocating resources and work accordingly. By transmitting the job sheet information from the ERP system to the Construction Mobility™ application on a mobile device, you are able to receive data on real-time jobs, complete or flag work in progress and submit timesheets. Time sheets are sent back to the ERP via the Mobility control module and uploaded directly into the LEVESYS ERP system, automatically updating job costs, and pushing all relevant data to payroll for review and pay completion.
Upon receipt and confirmation of the job detail and brief, field staff are able to confirm their availability, verify job numbers and check site locations via an interactive map. Job tracking notes are easily recorded via the mobile device and logged directly against the job numbers; subsequently a follow up action note is then programmed to appear on the ‘Personal Actions List’ back in the ERP system for all notified system users. The added technical capability to readily capture and electronically mark-up photo’s (e.g. faulty equipment or additional stock needed or used) provides users with a sense check, information sharing capability and photographic evidence of supporting written reports and work completed. Simultaneously, the Construction Mobility™ application also provides the field staff with video capability to record visual and audio details where advanced job detailing is required.
The Construction Mobility™ Application can be easily downloaded via the internet from either the Apple iStore or Google Play App store locations and is approved for use on both Android and Apple iOS enabled hardware. User access is charged and billed on a monthly, per person, per company basis and remains separate to any ongoing support charges. Transactional data costs are restricted to inbound communications only from the remote site location, back to the LEVESYS ERP software server.
Working to complete service requirements, the Construction Mobility™ application provides field staff with the tools to record and submit detail regarding goods purchased over the counter for a job in hand, or drawn from stock holdings. The stock requisition is then processed into the ERP system, recorded directly against the job for billing purposes, and recognised within the company’s stock inventory systems.
Complete Occupational Health & Safety forms and checklists from your mobile phone or tablet and instantly upload them into your project management software anywhere, anytime. Construction Mobility™ includes parameterised forms and Checklists; Specific features of that form, including any questions or check-box items can be customised to your specific requirements and associated with one or more entities in the system, such as a client or a whole branch. There is even an option to attach photos to your forms to add another layer of validation and reporting.
